Telesales Executive – Competitive Salary – Bradford, West Yorkshire

The Role

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join us as Telesales Executives in an exciting time in the company’s growth. This role involves contacting prospects in order to make appointments for our Regional Business Advisors to sell the company’s portfolio of Accountancy Packages. The job also involves supporting the Regional Account Managers and preparing various management sales reports. This is a great opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and develop your career.

The key responsibilities of a Telesales Executive include, but are not limited to:

Creating leads and making selling appointments
Maintaining the CRM database
Performing customer servicing when required
Achieving targets relating to completed sales
Completing of documents accurately and in line with company and industry standards

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Telesales Executive:

Experience in a telesales environment with a proven track record of converting business opportunities and achieving sales targets
A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities
The passion and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Educated, computer literate (with good Microsoft Office skills) and strong organisational skills, meticulous in their organisation of data
Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner
